I know a lot of investors say, “I was a founder once, too.” But Josh and I are in a unique position where we truly are founders and investors simultaneously. We run a media company and a venture fund.

So it is with very real empathy that we can relate to founders we bring on The Pitch.

We have always aimed to be founder-friendly and founder-first. Which is why it brings me so much joy to announce we are launching another show to help founders make it on this crazy journey of highest highs and lowest lows.

This time we take you beyond the pitch. We are taking you into the messy middle…

Each episode features a founder with a challenge and an expert with an experiment designed to solve it.

And when I say expert I mean folks with actual track records of success. From Uber, YouTube, Google, Postmates and Hinge to Techstars, YC, Nvidia, GoDaddy and more!

Real founders, with real challenges, get guidance from proven experts, and an actual experiment to test the solution in real time.

Investor and ex-Managing Director for Techstars Misti Cain joins as Host and Executive Producer of Startup Intervention, and today, we get to share a first look.

At the end of the season, Misti will share a roundup of how all the experiments went, and what actually helped, or didn’t. (You know we like to tell the whole story around here.)
